Job summary

IDEA PRO CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety-focused civil/construction engineer to join our on-site team in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with co-workers and safety personnel, managing changes in work scope, and identifying safety issues on site while maintaining open communication with all levels of staff. You will attend regular safety meetings, be willing to night shift and road works, and predominantly work in daylight hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in civil/construction engineering.
• 0-2 years experience in Singapore.
• Good computer literacy.
• AutoCAD knowledge is important.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Co-Worker & Safety on day-to-day operation.
• Productively manage changes in work scope.
• Identify and highlight any site safety issues with other circumstances.
• Able to interact and communicate with all levels of worker.
• Attend regular safety meetings with workforce.
• Willing to work night shift (rotating) and road works.
• Most work is daylight.
