LI DA CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced civil site supervisor to monitor roll-on-site works and coordinate subcontractors and resources across ongoing projects in Singapore.

The role involves ensuring materials meet specifications and overseeing daily site operations and safety practices. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality management, with 5–8 years of civil engineering experience in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 5 - 8 years of Civil Engineering experience in Singapore.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• Ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
• Oversee daily operation at site and direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc.
• Attend site meetings with site agent and sub-contractors
