Job summary

SRI ACHARYA PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Construction Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely and per project specifications and schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, ensuring drawings and specs are followed, coordinating with suppliers and workforce, and maintaining safety standards and daily progress records. Start date and salary are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
• Experience in managing construction workers.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety and work procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.
• Monitor workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Ensure construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules; coordinate with suppliers and workers.
• Allocate daily work tasks and monitor work progress.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate safety requirements to workers.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, delays, and other site issues to management.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure the worksite is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
