Job summary

DRB Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to plan manpower deployment and oversee construction activities on site. You will ensure projects align with drawings, timelines, and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong project management, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders at construction sites. OT may be required depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan manpower deployment for site works.
• Ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites.
• Oversee the works and resolve any technical issues on construction sites.
• Ensure works on sites comply with safe work procedures.
• Report to project team on work progress at construction sites.
• Full-time supervision at site.
• Working on construction site, OT may be required based on site requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar

• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;


• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;


• Full time supervision at site.


• Working on construction site, could accept OT base on site requirement.
