Job summary

WEITAI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site operations and ensure delivery in line with the master programme.

You will lead teams, coordinate carpentry and rebar works, review technical drawings, monitor safety and quality, and attend project meetings. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with willingness to work long hours when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of structuring and engineering experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to lead teams and manage effectively.
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising site work to meet master programme.
• Monitor daily progress, quality, safety and project costs.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings and BBS entries.
• Plan daily manpower to ensure project deliveries and installation.
• Supervise site workers and ensure quality and progress are on track.
• Ensure projects complete within timeframe and cost targets.
• Lead a team at construction sites and coordinate operations.
• Conduct safety and environmental risk assessments.
• Attend project meetings and report progress.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and health on site.
• Plan and monitor PC installation, rebar installation and concreting.
• Identify potential issues and resolve contract disputes.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Job Description

1. Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision, responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation. Lead teams to perform and deliver on time in accordance with project master programme.

2. Monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality ,safety and project cost monitoring.

3. Responsible for the production of technical drawings and BBS, confirm and coordinate the entry time.

4. Plan and ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfil project deliveries and installation.

5. Responsible for supervising the construction process and work procedures of site workers, strictly controlling the quality and progress.

6. Ensure construction projects are completed within timeframe in a cost effective manner.

7. Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.

8. Supervise and lead a team workers in daily operation. Coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.

9. Conduct safety and environmental risk assessment of projects handled.

10. Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.

11. Attend project meetings.

12. Has experience with carpentry & rebar works.

13. Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress on site such as PC installation, Rebar Installation, BBS Schedule, Pre and Post Concreting Work

14. Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.

15. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirment:

1. Minimum 6 years experience in structuring and engineering.

3. Proficiency in MS Office & Autocad.

5. Able to work for long hours period or night shift including weekends if require.
