Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle public feedback professionally.
• Well organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to public inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with nearby stakeholders.
• Plan outreach to inform residents, businesses about activities and impacts.
• Monitor feedback and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare monthly reports on feedback and mitigations.
• Keep records of PR activities and communications.
• Distribute notifications and updates per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to address public concerns.
• Support project team with site coordination and admin tasks.
