• Maintain daily site records, including attendance, work progress, and material logs.
• Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations set by MOM.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task briefings.
• Inspect the site regularly for safety hazards and ensure proper PPE use.
• Comply with structural works standards and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.
• Inspect completed work to verify it matches approved plans, drawings, and quality standards.
