YUAN SHENG CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Site Supervisor to coordinate project activities on active construction sites in Singapore.

You will plan, manage, and monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will oversee safety, liaise with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors, check materials and equipment, and prepare daily reports. The role requires hands-on supervision, weekend work, and strong problem-solving in dusty

Qualifications

Minimum Safety Supervisor certificate required.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving on site.
Good communication with workers and contractors.
Willing to work in dusty environments.
Able to supervise and rectify works on site.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion on time and to quality.
Ensure work meets specifications, drawings, and clarifications.
Maintain site safety and control materials and machinery.
Prepare daily site reports and progress measurements.
Minimise wastage of materials and manpower.
Resolve labour and supplier disputes.
Conduct daily toolbox talks.
Oversee on-site works, including weekend/public holidays.
Other duties as assigned.
