Job summary

SHENGYE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers while supervising workers to maximize productivity and maintain safety and organization on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Relevant construction/safety certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers.
• Manage and supervise workers to ensure productivity and proper work practices.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any defects or issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and site safety requirements.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
• Identify site problems and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper site organization at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
