Job summary

JENDA E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and enforce safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors and the project team, manage manpower and resources, and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Building/Construction with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with MOM/BCA requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Building/Construction.
• 3–5 years of construction site work experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety Course, CSOC).
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team.
