Job summary

BESTBUILT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on site, coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure work conforms to drawings, specs, schedule and safety standards.

You will monitor progress, quality and productivity, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly while liaising with project managers, engineers and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Experience handling structural, architectural, or A&A works preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Lead site workers, subcontractors and suppliers on-site
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, schedule and safety rules
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality and productivity
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients on project matters
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and work progress updates
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and safety briefings
• Monitor material delivery and usage on site
• Assist in resolving site coordination and construction-related issues
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and workers when required
