Responsibilites include monitoring site progress, coordinating with subcontractors, liaising with clients and consultants, supervising on-site workers, enforcing safety, conducting quality checks, and performing ad-hoc duties to support project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction project experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively.
• Proven leadership to collaborate with personnel at all levels.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site progress to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to control site work plans.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues.
• Supervise on-site workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards.
• Enforce safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
