Job summary

Jin Shun Foundation Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Singapore.

You will supervise the site, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and manage daily labour forces to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in building construction or related field, at least 5 years' experience, and proven leadership and communication skills to drive project success while maintaining safety and

Responsibilities

Supervise, monitor and control projects for specs and drawings.
Resolve site technical issues to obtain consultant approval.
Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients and others involved in the projects.
Attend site meetings and prepare/submit reports for projects.
Day-to-day site management including supervising site labour.
Provide technical advice and solve on-site problems.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety at site.
Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability
