Job summary

HUAT BUILDERS PTE LTD invites applications for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site works on residential projects. The role requires hands-on leadership on construction activities and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has relevant construction experience and holds safety-related certificates; Singaporeans/PRs are preferred. You will report to the Management and work on-site with strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction works.
• Preferred certificates listed for safety and supervision roles.
• Experience with landed residential projects is preferred.
• Singaporeans/PRs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site works on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Health requirements.
• Undertake other tasks as directed by Management.

To perform the duty of a Site Supervisor including supervision and coordination of site works; ensure regulatory compliance to relevant authorities’ requirements with regards to Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Health; and to undertake any other works from time to time as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction works.
• Candidates with Certificate in (1)Building Construction Safety Supervisor's Course, (2)Work-At-Height for Supervisor and (3)Lifting Supervisor are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in landed residential projects are preferred.
• Positive attitude, hardworking with good integrety and strong sense of responsibility.
• Singaporeans / PRs preferred.
