Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee site activities and ensure projects run smoothly. You will coordinate with external parties and internal teams to maintain progress, timelines, and quality against plans.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of APM experience, strong site coordination skills, and familiarity with construction processes. This role offers a 5 day work week in Singapore and a salary up to SGD 7,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, building, or construction management.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong site coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in overseeing overall site and project activities.
• Work closely with external parties and internal teams to keep project works on track.
• Oversee site progress, manpower, materials, timelines, and daily operations.
• Ensure construction works follow project specifications, approved plans, and required standards.
• Handle project coordination, reporting, submissions, and necessary documentation.
• Track subcontractor performance and address any delays or site-related concerns.
• Coordinate with QS and Safety teams on cost, variation, procurement, and safety matters.
• Support inspections, testing, handover, rectification, and final project close-out.
