Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Construction Management / Building Studies.
• Min 2 years experience as Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager in construction.
• Excellent communication and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Good multitasking abilities and proactive teamwork.
• Immediate availability preferred; landed housing project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Present progress reports to management on projects and personnel performance.
• Cover site activities and report to management.
• Manage project scope including budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Lead project team for execution according to schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor progress among subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors in meetings.
• Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce safe working conditions.
• Tender in Building projects, Method Statements, Technical Submission and Evaluation.
