Job summary

LIKO Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of Singapore-based construction projects.

The role assists the Project Manager with schedules, costs, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on site. Applicants should have relevant Singapore experience and be proficient in reading drawings and managing project documentation to meet programme

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant construction/project management experience in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Support preparation and monitoring of schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor progress and identify delays, risks, and issues.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Promote safety on site and coordinate with WSH team.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
