Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Construction/Site Manager to help plan and develop project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires managing meetings with consultants and subcontractors and organizing site housekeeping through site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering or Building Science.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in local building construction.
• Independent and self-motivated with responsible work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
• Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Attend all meetings including consultant, technical and subcontractor.
• Plan housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers/supervisors and sub-contractors.

Job Requirement

Degree in Architectural/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering/Buidling Science that is recongnized by repective professional bodies, professional institution or BCA/PEB.

Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in local building construction industry.
