Job summary

CHUAN WANG PARQUET PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive growth in the construction sector. You will build relationships with developers, architects, designers and builders while pursuing new opportunities.

The role involves traveling to visit potential clients, canvassing leads, handling inquiries, preparing quotes and negotiating contracts. Strong communication, presentation and MS Office skills are essential, and 1–2 years of sales experience in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the Construction related Industry.
Fresh graduates with excellent positive attitude may be considered.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Interact with developers, architects, designers and builders to establish good working relationships.
Travel to visit potential clients and/or clients.
Execute day to day sales activities: canvassing for new leads, handling inquiries, preparing and following up quotations/tenders, negotiating contracts.
Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers.
Fully responsible for Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts.
