Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma/ Degree preferred in commerce or marketing.
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar indoor sales role.
• Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Boost new sales leads through proactive outreach, including catalogue distribution and cold calling.
• Handle indoor sales inquiries and orders via phone and email.
• Prepare and process sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate sales logistics with site teams and clients.
• Maintain sales databases and filing systems; follow up on receivables.
