Job summary

AIK SAN CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Public Relations Coordinator/Officer to inform stakeholders about maintenance programs, arrange site visits, and explain scope of work to applicants or unit owners. You will handle feedback, provide hotline support, coordinate maintenance teams, and assist the Project Manager.

A minimum qualification of GCE A Level or Diploma, or at least two years of PR/coordination experience in building projects is required, with strong English

Qualifications

• GCE A Level certificate or Diploma, or at least two years of PR/coordination experience in building projects.
• Strong English and native language communication; additional dialects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inform stakeholders about maintenance programs.
• Arrange site-visit appointments with applicants or unit owners.
• Explain the purpose and scope of maintenance work clearly.
• Address and follow up on feedback from applicants or unit owners.
• Provide hotline support for maintenance inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance teams at designated units.
• Respond to public feedback on program services.
• Assist the Project Manager with maintenance program tasks.
