Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major high-profile building development in the East of Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution and delivery in a large-scale, technically demanding, and highly regulated environment.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure milestones are met, quality standards upheld, and safety compliances maintained, culminating in a successful handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building construction, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Prior experience in a Project Manager / Construction Manager capacity is preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale or complex building projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of the assigned building project.
• Monitor construction progress, project schedules, manpower and resources to achieve key milestones.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, architects and relevant project stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E coordination throughout the project.
• Review construction methodology, work sequences and site technical matters.
• Identify potential delays, site constraints and project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct and participate in project, progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the project team towards successful completion and handover.
