Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager in Singapore to oversee delivery of a landmark development project.

You will lead site operations, supervise teams, and ensure progress aligns with schedule, budget, and safety standards. The role emphasizes coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives, overseeing basement excavation, structural works, M&E coordination, and finishing, while enforcing WSH policies and presenting regular site reports to

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience in building projects.
• Experience with an A1 Main Contractor or equivalent tier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations for a large-scale, building project involving structural works, architectural finishes, and integrated landscaping.
• Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and workers to ensure works are executed according to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve site issues and design queries promptly.
• Oversee basement excavation, structural construction, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all site activities.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare and present site reports, progress updates, and incident documentation.
• Support Project Manager in variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
