Job summary

SWP Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced project manager to lead daily operations for assigned construction projects.

You will ensure policy adherence, monitor performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to deliver projects safely and on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, fluent English and Mandarin communication, and a track record of managing complex construction activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction-related subject.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial grade in construction field.
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy.
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors and resolve daily problems arising during and after the course of projects.
• Communicate, implement, and monitor company's policy to the project team for the effective implementation of the policy.
• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization and innovate technique in related to selective construction process.
• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the projects.
• Chair internal project reviews meeting with project team and report on the performance for director's information.
• Establish, develop, monitor and maintain project budget, programme, resources allocation, quality plan, environmental issues, and safety plan in accordance with company's requirement.
• Liaison with Client, Architect and consultants for performance and co-ordination of the project
