Job summary

SQUARE FRESCO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to prepare and manage project schedules and ensure on-time completion. You will supervise site progress, attend meetings, discuss inspections and ensure conformity to specifications, budgets and delivery schedules.

You will assist in arranging sub-contractors and NSC/Suppliers, maintain safety standards and housekeeping on site, and manage day-to-day progress while coordinating with trade contractors and building facilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Supervise the site progress including attend meeting, discussion and inspection
• Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to
• Specification quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
• Preparation of quotaion and works schedule for clients.
• Assist to arrange and organise sub-contractors/ NSC/Suppliers job scope at site.
• To ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping are being implemented and maintained within job site compound.
• Manage the day-to-day progress of works on site and resolve all trade contractor and building facility management co-ordination issue
