Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of site supervision or construction experience.
• Knowledge of civil engineering works, construction processes, and site coordination.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to meet project schedule, safety standards, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality to meet engineering and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve technical issues on site and provide engineering support to subcontractors and workers.
• Check and review construction drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities for project matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation required by project management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination and implementation of construction works.
