Job summary

You will oversee a construction team, review materials, implement progress controls, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and Authorities while ensuring safety and environmental measures on site. This role upholds the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to site progress according to schedule set
• To lead a site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of works
• To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements
• To review and approve materials requisitions
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements
• Construction planning and to co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on project aspects
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures at site
• To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established
• To carry out any assignments by the Management
