Job summary

ERT Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to support the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution of work, coordinating with site staff and ensuring installations align with drawings.

You will inspect sites for safety, enforce rules to prevent accidents, supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers, monitor progress and quality, attend toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with project scope and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
