Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) invites applications for a Document Controller to support document management for our construction project in Singapore.

The role focuses on controlling all project documents and ensuring compliance with procedures. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in document control, familiarity with ProjectWise or SharePoint, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in document control.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Familiar with EDMS such as ProjectWise or SharePoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain and administer the project document management system (ProjectWise, SharePoint).
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, distribution and archiving per procedures.
• Coordinate document submissions between client, consultants and project teams.
• Monitor document status, including submissions, approvals and revisions.
• Maintain document registers, logs and records.
• Support setup and implementation of document management and archival systems.
• Conduct periodic checks for compliance with procedures.
• Provide support for document retrieval and reporting when required.
• Assist in preparation of project reports and documentation.
