Job summary

FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Controller to manage project documents, ensure accurate filing, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role includes administering templates, uploading into SAP, and distributing drawings while maintaining compliance with project procedures. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent and has at least two years of construction documentation experience, demonstrating independence,

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in documentation control in Construction Industry.
• Independent, meticulous, well organized, able to handle multi-tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer and control project documents and information, including drawing standards and templates from various internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide document control service to client as per project requirement.
• Consolidate department's related document and upload into SAP.
• Upload/download document/drawing through Classification website.
• Ensure completeness of incoming/outgoing of documents/drawings as per transmittal.
• Proper registering of all incoming/outgoing documents/drawings.
• Ensure the correct distribution of documents/drawings to respective stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with the project's requirements and procedures.
• Identify and resolve document control related issues.
• Escort new staff, service technician and other personnel as required
• Other HOD by Project Manager
