Job summary

APLUS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to maintain site documents and records, and to manage project documentation across teams.

You will set up project files, control numbering, handle incoming drawings and tax invoices, and liaise with engineers, clients and suppliers to ensure accuracy and traceability in all documentation processes. Experience in construction document control preferred and a stable role in a busy project environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control processes.
• Prior experience in construction document control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site documents and records are kept up to date.
• Control of all documentation produced by project teams.
• Set-up and control of project files and numbering, in liaison with all project team.
• Deal with incoming drawings and tax invoices.
• Liaise with engineers, clients, suppliers or third party companies as required.
• Initiate various applications for project team in company internal management system.
