Job summary

Rite Engineering Company is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction works in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

The role requires reading drawings, schedules and specifications, familiarity with construction methods, and proficiency in MS Office with scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Familiar with construction methods, site operations and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software. Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
• Good communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage assigned responsibilities and follow through on project matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring construction works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications and work schedules, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Monitor progress, quality, resource allocation and costs against project plans.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and M&E works to resolve site issues.
• Review and follow up on material submissions, shop drawings, method statements and RFIs.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, rectification works and handover documentation.
• Support compliance with project safety, quality and contractual requirements.
