Job summary

LIKO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of construction projects.

You will assist the Project Manager with schedules, costs, quality, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates have relevant Singapore construction experience, strong organisation, and the ability to read drawings and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant construction/project management experience in Singapore.
• Good understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, contracts, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Support preparation and monitoring of schedules, work programmes, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, risks and issues, and assist in resolving site coordination matters.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate trades, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely completion within programme.
• Ensure activities comply with Singapore regulations, standards, and permitting requirements.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations, and procurement activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and management presentations.
