Job summary

Redwood Interior Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager across general construction projects from award to handover. You will coordinate schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and site activities to deliver safe, on-time, and quality outcomes.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating M&E and other trades, and supporting documentation, progress claims, and tender activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required in civil/construction related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in general building or main contractor projects.
• Experience reading drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing general construction projects from project award through completion, handover, and defect liability period.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, and other construction trades in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical requirements, and assist in resolving site and coordination issues.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance through regular site inspections and project meetings.
• Assist with project documentation, including progress claims, variation orders (VOs), procurement, cost control, reporting, and completion documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, defects rectification, and project handover.
• Support tender preparation, technical submissions, and pre-award planning where required.
