eAspire Technolabs Inc. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented C&S Project Coordinator to support Civil & Structural construction projects. The role focuses on coordinating activities with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, and maintaining project records.

You will manage RFIs, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, track timelines, and assist with reporting and documentation for project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in construction project coordination or C&S support.
• Familiarity with RFIs, shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and site records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Singapore building or infrastructure project experience preferred.
