Job summary

BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Construction Project Coordinator in Singapore to assist in managing buildings projects, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and safety rules.

The role requires coordinating planning, scheduling, manpower and resources, monitoring progress, and producing site reports while supporting the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building construction projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating building construction projects to meet schedule, quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams on project execution and technical matters.
• Monitor progress and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with parties to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, manpower coordination and resource allocation.
• Monitor site progress and identify delays or issues requiring corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and construction regulations.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Assist in managing project documentation and site reports.
• Support Project Manager in timely completion.
