Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION DECORATION GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations in Singapore.

You will handle AP/AR, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and project accounting while ensuring compliance with GST and local regulations. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience; construction industry is a plus.
• Familiar with Singapore GST and tax compliance.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AP/AR transactions and payment processing.
• Prepare payment schedules and monitor receivables/payables.
• Maintain general ledger and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist monthly closing, reports, and audit schedules.
• Support project accounting for construction costs and claims.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore GST and tax requirements.
