Job summary

China Construction Decoration Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations in Singapore.

You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, project accounting, GST compliance, and month-end close, working closely with project teams and external auditors. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience; construction industry is a plus.
• Familiar with Singapore GST and tax compliance.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AP and AR transactions and payment processing.
• Prepare payment schedules and monitor receivables and payables.
• Maintain general ledger and assist with monthly closing.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and supplier/customer reconciliations.
• Assist with GST reporting and tax filings; support audits.
• Maintain confidential finance records and assist with payroll-related entries.
