TLE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting for construction and project management activities. You will support project cost monitoring, handle AP/AR, assist with audits and statutory reporting, and ensure compliance with GST, CPF, IRAS where applicable.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 2 years of accounting experience is preferred; experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project management.
• Knowledge of progress billing, retention, work in progress and project costing will be advantageous.
• Proficient in accounting software Xero.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• General Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders for accuracy; process payments to suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors; prepare payment request forms.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare customer invoices and follow up on payments; monitor aging reports and ensure timely collection.
• Audit, Taxation & Compliance: Facilitate annual audit, tax submissions, and government reporting (GST, CPF, IRAS, etc.). Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Administrative Support: Maintain filing and documentation of accounting records; support ad-hoc duties assigned by management or finance department.
