Job summary

TPS Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for construction projects, handle daily transactions, and ensure timely financial reporting to the Accounts Manager.

The role requires at least 3 years experience, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently with initiative. You will also prepare GST filings, bank reconciliations, and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least LCCI intermediate or higher.
• Able to perform full set of accounts.
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Able to use MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts and handle daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing of financial statements.
• Prepare month-end profit & loss, balance sheet schedules.
• Update transactions in cash book in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor daily cashflow.
• Prepare GST reporting and filing.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor for operation matters.
• Coordinate with corporate secretarial agents where required.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for audits and related matters.
