Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Project Manager to lead assigned construction sections and support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

You will prepare and monitor detailed programmes, oversee quality and EHS compliance, and ensure works meet specifications and client expectations. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage costs, schedules, and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects and coordinating multiple disciplines.
• Ability to monitor progress and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sections of construction projects and support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project programmes to ensure works are completed within agreed timelines and the master schedule.
• Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, EHS procedures, environmental initiatives and applicable green building requirements.
• Ensure construction works meet contractual specifications, approved quality standards and client expectations.
• Monitor compliance with relevant government authority requirements and project regulations.
• Manage communication with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and coordinate the submission of shop drawings, samples and related documents.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their progress, workmanship and adherence to project schedules, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Monitor actual construction costs against approved budgets and implement cost-control measures.
• Supervise, guide and motivate team members to maintain productivity, follow established work procedures and achieve project milestones.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability and effective teamwork among project personnel.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager as required for project execution.
