Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires experience coordinating complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of quality management, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to monitor progress, document outcomes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project drawings, specifications and contract requirements to ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to clarify issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes for management review.
• Ensure site activities comply with drawings, procedures and EHS requirements.
• Maintain quality records, analyse inspections and propose improvements.
• Maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance with procedures and client obligations.
• Monitor material usage, storage, and waste to minimize costs.
• Identify risks of rework and coordinate corrective actions to protect schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with project personnel to address quality, safety and resource issues.
• Provide progress updates and corrective actions to the Project Manager.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support project execution through technical coordination, quality assurance, EHS compliance and cost control. The role is responsible for monitoring construction activities, maintaining required records and promoting continuous improvement while ensuring that project work meets approved specifications, contractual obligations and agreed schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret project drawings, specifications, applicable ISO requirements, contract conditions and subcontract agreements to ensure proper implementation of project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to clarify technical issues and resolve discrepancies before construction.
• Develop and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes, subject to management review and approval.
• Ensure site activities comply with approved drawings, established quality procedures, EHS requirements and good housekeeping practices.
• Implement quality management processes, maintain quality records, analyse inspection outcomes and recommend improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.
• Monitor material consumption, storage and handling to minimise damage, material wastage and avoidable costs.
• Identify risks of rework and abortive work, coordinate corrective measures and monitor their impact on project schedules and budgets.
• Work with relevant project personnel to address quality, safety, technical and resource-related issues.
• Provide updates to the reporting manager on work progress, quality performance, outstanding issues and corrective actions.
• Carry out other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
