Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable project leader to direct and manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within the scheduled timeframe, budget, quality and safety requirements.

You will oversee project teams, coordinate engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, develop execution plans, monitor progress and performance, and liaise with clients and authorities to secure approvals and a successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project execution plans, construction methodologies, resource plans, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, quality, and safety performance to meet SEQDC targets.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Manage procurement, contracts, cost control, variations, and commercial risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee statutory approvals, inspections, commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
• Prepare project performance reports and support tender reviews and pre-construction planning.
