CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Senior Project/Site Manager with a recognised Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years of construction experience to lead complex infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will plan, monitor and drive progress against the project plan, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and implement safe, cost-efficient construction standards on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience in project/site management.
• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, including MRT.
• Safety courses as required by MOM.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction sites.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Apply safe and economical methodologies and enforce project standards.

• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Experience in Infrastructure & civil works (MRT)
