• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office; familiar with regulatory requirements such as BCA/LTA (Singapore).

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves managing site teams, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient use of materials and resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diplomain Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum5–10 years of relevant experiencein construction management, preferably in civil, structural, or architectural works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office applications.
• Familiar with BCA, LTA, and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Possession of a validWSH Safety Supervisor / bizSAFE / BCSScertification (advantage).
• Class 3 driving license preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time, site-based position.
• Working hours: As per project schedule (may include weekends/public holidays depending on site progress).
• Locations: Various construction sites across Singapore.
