Job summary

B H S KINETIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager with strong procurement and sourcing background in Singapore. You will manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and ensure delivery in line with contractual agreements and safety standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management within related industries, with a preference for Oil & Gas or Marine experience. Strong communication with contractors and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma with min 5 years' procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Marine is a plus.
• At least 5 years in project management in related industries.
• Able to manage time and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Good communication for contractor and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration, budgets, manpower planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Ensure projects meet client contracts, safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop, approve, and implement PM Plan, Start-Up, Close-out to warranty.
• Document and report project deliverables.
• Liaise with client on status, progress and changes.
• Administer project contract to ensure performance targets and specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Review project documents before client issuance, coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure SOPs comply with specs, quality, regulatory requirements.
• Maintain good rapport with customers by providing technical support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project administration, budgets, manpower planning, scheduling and meeting delivery schedule
• Ensuring the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance to contractual agreements and safety standards and compliant to the company policies and procedures
• Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Management Plan, Project Start-Up and Project Close-out till warranty closure
• Responsible for documenting and reporting project deliverables
• Liaises and communicates with client on project status, progress and changes
• Administration of the project contract to ensure compliance with set performance targets, schedules and technical specification
• Coordinate with subcontractors on the project and ensure timely deliver
• Review project documents prior to issuing to client and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain good rapport with customers by providing relevant technical support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma with minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and sourcing or related industries. Experience in Oil & Gas / Marine industry will be a plus
• At least 5 years of project management experience handling related industries, experience in Logistics and Manufacturing industry will be a plus.
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Be able to work at flexible after office hours due to project requirements
• Strong communication skills for contractor and customer management
