Job summary

ydl construction pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator for interior fit-out works in Singapore. You will prepare presentations, understand project requirements, and help manage schedules and progress reports.

You will coordinate between clients, consultants, trade contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-Out Work
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate
• Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
• Able to Work in a Fast Pace Environment and Handle Tight Deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare Presentation & Understanding Project Requirements
• Preparation of Project Schedule, Minutes of Meeting & Progress Reports
• Manage and Monitor Project Deliveries Independently
• Coordinate Works Between Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
• Maintain Good Communication with QS on Site Activities, Variation Order and Preparation All Other Related Paperwork
• Ensure All Environmental, Safety and Health are Strictly Follow as per Requirements
• Any Other Duties as Assigned
