is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to supervise on-site activities for condominium and commercial projects in Singapore. The role requires strong ability to read structural drawings, coordinate with client representatives, and lead site teams to ensure quality and safety. Applicants should have a minimum of Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in condominium or commercial buildings.
• Ability to understand structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Experience supervising on-site works and coordinating with client representatives.
• Prefer experience with façade installation and curtain wall decoration management.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractors to perform on site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Ensure the quality of work.
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings.
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability.
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management.
• Min 8 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
