Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of working experience in civil/construction related field, preferably with condominiums or commercial buildings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site.
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors; ensure on-site safety and quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules; oversee QA/QC.
• Attend project meetings and implement the Project Manager's work plan.
