China Construction Realty Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee construction activities on site. The role requires understanding of structural drawings and specifications, supervising a team and coordinating with client representatives to ensure quality and safety. Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering qualification and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities and progress independently

• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability

Requirements:
